By electing to participate, you understand and agree that your participation in the event will be at your own risk and neither Discovery Vitality nor any subsidiary of the Discovery group of companies will be liable for any claims, losses, damages, injury or death that may result from your participation in the event.
You furthermore indemnify Discovery Vitality and the Discovery Group against all losses, liabilities, costs, expenses, fines, penalties, damage, damages and claims and all related costs and expenses (including any direct, indirect or consequential losses) suffered or incurred by Discovery Vitality or the Discovery Group arising out of or in connection with your participation in the event.
You undertake to abide by Discovery Vitality’s rules, regulations and procedures relating to the event and you understand that any disruptive, insubordinate or unsportsmanlike behavior on your part at the event may result in my immediate disqualification from participation in the event.
By participating in Neon Nights, you consent to photographs that may be taken of yourself by Discovery Vitality and provide Discovery Vitality the right to publish photos and/or videos of you that may be modified in any media to promote and advertise any of our brands, benefits or services with no fees or royalties paid to you.
You furthermore agree to allow Discovery Vitality, to contact you regarding event updates and related information.
